Delivery

ALL orders above £60 are sent FREE of charge. 

Delivery for orders under £60 are charged at 1st class £3.90, or 2nd class £2.90. 

Due to order value some may be sent by Special Delivery at no cost to you. 

For UK orders sent by Royal Mail we are unable to make any enquiries into the whereabouts of your product until 7 working days have elapsed. 

Depending on the size of your order or Item, we may may split your order into two or more batches. 

Should an order be returned to us because you did not collect it in the allotted time after an attempted delivery or the address you entered was incorrect, we reserve the right to pass on any costs incurred. 

Our beauty and skin care products can sometimes go out of stock due to heavy demand, as such we will always endeavour to contact you before processing your order, if it appears that delivery of your product(s) could take longer than expected.  Full payment is taken at the time of processing your order.
